We have been friends for far longer than we care to admit and came up with this idea for a cookery book several years ago. However the chaos of husbands, children and life rather got in the way of our goals.
Our worlds have moved on since then but our enthusiasm for entertaining hasn't and the underlying concept remains the same; to be able to create effortless dinner parties having prepared as much as we can in advance. Having had huge encouragement from friends and family we thought we would start our journey with this blog.
